  • How do I contact Support?
    Contacting Support can be done by calling our main line, either Toll-Free at (800) 524-1597 or locally at (804) 276-8861. If you are needing immediate assistance, and cannot reach someone at the numbers above, you may also contact Meg, our Relationship Manager, at (804) 372-5089.
  • How does Billing work?
    Current Billing is set up on a Net30 Cycle. All requests for other payment terms must be taken up with Jeff Grant, CEO, and an appointment can be booked to discuss these options with either Janine or Meg.
  • What is the service area?
    While we are a nation-wide company, equipment pick-ups and delivery options are currently only running through the following states: Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, and Maryland. Future delivery areas close to opening up are Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. All other orders will need to be shipped in, and shipped back out to customer after repairs, sales, or leasing contracts are final.
  • Where is VMR Service Group located?
    Our warehouse and repair center is located in Richmond, Virginia.
  • Do you have a detailed price list?
    Yes, VMR Service Group has a detailed price list of individual parts and repair prices that can be obtained via request.
  • What if my equipment is no longer under warranty?
    VMR Service Group handles both in and out of warranty repairs. Details on pricing and units, depending on order size, can be worked out through administration as needed.
  • Do you warranty repair work for specific brands?
    While we do repair work for all medical equipment, whether in or out of warranty, we are certified repair specialists for Respironics, InvaCare, and DeVilbiss.
  • How do I request a repair?
    Repair requests can be sent through our Members Portal, email, chat, our request a service option on our website, or by calling our main line.
  • Do you provide a loaner machine while mine is being repaired?
    Loaner equipment can be negotiated with Jeff Grant, our CEO, if needed.
  • What certifications do your technicians hold?
    VMR warrants that all technicians assigned to perform repairs and preventative maintenance are duly qualified and possess the necessary certifications and training to meet the manufacturer's specifications. VMR shall ensure that its technicians undergo regular training and skill updates to stay current with evolving technologies and advancements in the industry. All repairs and preventative maintenance activities carried out shall adhere to industry standards and be in strict accordance with the manufacturer's recommended guideline.
  • Do you offer training or resources for using my repaired equipment?
    Training and resources for using any of the medical equipment we offer can be requested by calling Janine on our main line, (804) 276-8861, or Meg at (804) 372-5089.
